Calabria4u is owned and run by an Anglo/Italian couple, Mark and Benigna.
Mark, originally from Wiltshire, worked for many years around the world in the financial side of the Aviation Industry as an Asset Procurement and Disposal Consultant, as well as spending many years within the International Logistics Environment.
Benigna, to those that know her "Beni", is "Calabrian" born and comes from a local town here in Calabria. She worked for over 10 years as a "Sales Marketing Manager" within a major publishing house at their UK Headquarters.
Mark and Benigna live in the central region of Calabria, this location is ideal, as it allows them to service both east and west coasts, all within 30 mins, irrespective of the clients location. They both speak fluent Italian, English and German and have between them, over 30 years experience within the service sector which gives them the ability to take on board your ideas and requests and make them a reality.
The pair moved to Calabria in 2005 and after living and working in the area since then found that they had, via their own experiences, enormous knowledge and experience that could be shared with others and, after helping a few friends, decided that it might be an idea to turn this knowledge and experience into a full time business, thus after doing their homework and making contacts with various companies and suppliers, 'Calabria Services' was born.
Calabria Services was and is still part of our network and its sole business is the provision and sourcing of furniture and air-conditioning.
In addition we provide a facility of assisting those who are buying here in Calabria getting their papers in order, such as ID cards and residence papers and help in setting up bank accounts and domestic services such as Gas, Electric and Water etc, which allows our clients to be registered here in Calabria and thereafter enjoy their investment - trouble free.
This section of our business has worked well and still does, however, after steady and continued growth along with many of our clients completing and finishing the purchase of their properties it became clear that with many asking about a rental service provision and care, we decided to create another arm of the business, 'Calabria4u', a rental provision and management service that caters for the home owner by means of a cost effective, friendly and reliable rental portal which provides each and every service that goes hand-in-hand with renting.
