Calabria4u rental services and its sister company Calabria services have been in property management and "Home care provision" for over 5 years and over those last five years we have provided 1-2-1 care for our clients. We work with you to make sure that you get the best care possible and keep constant contact with you with regular updates with regards to your home here in Calabria. When we work with you together, it means that you’re not just Number, you’re our client and we your friends this in turn leads to a “One on One” understanding of what you want and not what we tell you, you want.

We have the provision, as detailed below, to provide you, as a property owner, services that are tailor made to your requirements. We also so offer management "Packages" that are suited to every pocket. Either way, you will find a comprehensive listing of what we are able to offer.


Basic Key holding service.

Benefiting from the following:

Secure management of your keys (Locked in a safe)
Key delivery and access supervision for maintenance or furniture delivery.(Max 2 visits)
Quarterly reports on home condition and service provision inc pictures as required. (Via e-mail)

Cost: 199 Euro per year

Key holding "Plus".

As above but with the following:

Mail collection and forwarding.
Utilities payment (Subject to terms and conditions)
Key delivery and access supervision for maintenance or furniture delivery.(Max 5 visits)
Monthly home condition and services report inc pictures as required. (Via e-mail)

Cost: 275 per year

Basic property rental management.

Benefits include:

Basic Key holding services as above.

Personal Client meet and greet and key hand over.
Collection of your BID (Breakages insurance deposit) This is set by you and we make sure that no damage is left unpaid for no matter how small.
Full after rent cleaning service. (Extra cleans or spillage cleans are chargeable.)
15% commission on rentals
Optional External advertising on homeandaway.com or Travelrentalnetwork.com (Cost dependant on type of portal used)

Cost: 399 Euro per year

Property rental "Plus".

As above but with the following benefits:
No commission. No percentage. Guaranteed.
Free personal airport collection, meet and greet, transfer of clients (If required. Max four persons and luggage).
Free Organisation of car hire at discounted rates for your client
Free "Welcome pack" for every rental without limit.
Free mail service.
Inclusive "External" advertising of your property on homeandaway.com and travelrentalnetwork.com

Cost dependant on services req: From just 699 Euro per year.

With this package above, you pay a one off charge with no hidden extra charges, we take care of everything on your behalf from start to finish, we make sure that the client gets the best deal and you get maximum profit.

Further information:

Calabria4u are the only company here in Calabria that do not hold your rental money, deduct what we think is right, charge you for the privilege and then pass on the remittance. Why should we, its your money, your property, why pay for it to be held and then given to you?

Calabria4u don’t operate this way, you get the rental monies direct to you, we in turn invoice you, you then pay us for services rendered.....Surly that’s the way things should operate and its the way that we operate. Period.

80 Euro.  Max 50kms radius of Lamezia. Extra kms charged at 1 Euro per km.
