Cleaning and linen
All our properties include a compulsory one off cleaning and linen charge, however, should you require a further service then the following may be of benefit.
Extra Linen cleaning = 30 Euros per service
Extra House cleaning = 45 Euros per service
We are also able to offer:
Full "Builders" clean from 175 Euro *subject to size
Airport* collection and transfer
Available for up to 6 persons to and from any one of our rental properties.
We will await your arrival at the airport and take you direct to your holiday property. There we will hand over the keys, ensure you are settled and happy that you know where everything is to enable you to thoroughly enjoy your stay! Plus, being our client and availing of this service, you will get a 20% reduction in price to those qouted below.
This is also available to non clients, prices as shown below, discount 20% rate is for our rental clients only.
Standard Prices are as follows:
2 persons inc 2 pieces of luggage = 110 Euros
4 persons inc 4 pieces of luggage = 150 Euros
6* persons inc 6 pieces of luggage = 250 Euros *Outsourced service.
*Lamezia Terme only, (As qouted above, up to and not exceeding 100km radius of Lamezia Terme, excess kms charged at 2 euro per km)

**All our own vehicles are fully insured and come with Air-conditioning and will accommodate 2-6 persons, price's quoted above include fuel.
Welcome pack
Consisting of: 1 bottle wine, 1 pack coffee, 1ltr orange juice, 1ltr milk, fresh bread, eggs, various fruit, fresh bouquet of flowers, maps of the local area and discount vouchers for various activities. We are also able to do a "Personal" welcome pack on your behalf, should you so wish, Just mail forward your request and it shall be awaiting your arrival.

Bike hire
A great way of getting about and exploring the local sites, plus keep fit at the same time. We now have Mountain bikes for hire to our guests via a local cycle shop. We/they will deliver them to your apartment/villa ready for your arrival or as and when you need them, they are brand new and of good quality and come with comfy front and rear suspension.
Cost.
35 euro per week, per bike, or, 60 for two weeks.
100 euro deposit required per bike per rental, returnable upon collection. Subject to no damage.
*Please, bear in mind that there is no public liability insurance for push bikes, you, therefore, rent at your own risk. Check your own holiday/personal insurance before renting as there may be exlusions contained therin. We act as advertising agents for this service, we niether own, nor maintain these bikes offerd for hire.
Accompanied Shopping trips.
We are able to provide you with accompanied shopping trips. We charge you a flat, one off fee of 100 Euros, we will meet you and accompany you to any store that you may wish to go and will provide you with a translation service, second opinion and help with in any form, we are able to throw in our ideas for places to go that will in the comparative, hopefully save you money. All deals are done by you with the shop owner or salesman and we are not on any "Commission" in any way shape or form.
We are able to offer (150 Euros) a collection service whereby we do the same as above but will collect you from your hotel/New home here in Italy, this enables you to have a stress free day, where we do the driving* for you, leaving you to relax and think about the choices.
Our service does not end there, for a small extra charge, we will attend your home on the day of delivery to make sure everything is delivered as ordered and to make sure everything is positioned to your satisfaction, we will also attend should you not be here yourself to again make sure all is as it should be, we would provide you with photos of installation for your peace of mind.
Kindly note. To provide this service we would require your permission and keys to gain access to facilitate delivery. If the site is not complete then, permission from the builder to Gain access where your new home is bieng built.
We are also able to have furniture handmade or tailored to you specific needs along with the option of furniture packs specifically designed for your new home if so requested.

Sightseeing day
How about an accompanied day out exploring the beautiful Calabrian countryside?
One of our staff will collect you and chauffeur you around, taking you to places off the beaten track. Have a drive into the mountains, stop for a coffee in a tiny bar in the mountain village of "Pizzoni", carry on up into the beautiful "Serra San Bruno" forest parks. Maybe a spot of lunch* in a traditional Trattoria, then a lazy afternoon walking off your lunch around the local market.
We would then depart back to your holiday home in time for dinner. Approx 8hrs in duration.
Price:
185 Euros (Inc coffee and light snack during the day) Price based on 2 persons, allow 50 Euros per person extra. Max 4 persons. *Lunch is extra.
